Please note that we only deliver within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya (Klang Valley). Any further shipping address will be arranged by buyer itself.
Our products typically need a minimum 3 days notice to order and will depend on our availability. For urgent orders within same day, please contact us directly via +6012-2023404 or prompt us via live chat on our website.
SeptemberBakes products can be collected personally or have the delivered to a requested address.
Please be informed that delivery arrangements are made via a third party and charges are applicable, depending on the distance covered between our kitchen and the requested address.
Delivery arrangements will only be scheduled once full payment has been made.
Once delivery arrangement is confirmed, it is important to ensure that the customer or representative is available to receive the product as failure to collect the product from the courier will result in the product being returned to Septemberbakes, without refunds.

If you would like to make any changes to product / pick up or delivery details / design, please inform us (SeptemberBakes) 5 days before collection date. We will try our best to accommodate the changes but there will be no guarantee that changes will be attended to.
